Current state
You might recognise this.
Your shop isn't growing the way it should.
Traffic goes up, conversion stays flat. Marketing budget rises, revenue doesn't follow at the same pace. You sense something is missing, but can't quite pin down where.
Systems don't talk to each other.
Shop, ERP, PIM and CRM run side by side. Product data is maintained twice, stock levels aren't reliable, every new integration becomes its own project. Workarounds carry the daily work.
A platform or scaling question is on the table.
Stay or switch? How do we open up a new market? How do we scale to more brands or countries without breaking the platform we have? A wrong call costs time, money and trust.
These questions are rarely purely technical. They are a mix of architecture, processes, data and team. That's why a tool audit or a quick action list usually doesn't help here. What helps is someone who asks the right questions with you, before anyone starts selling answers.
Our approach
Three steps. Pragmatic. As equals.
No long ramp-up. No 60-page concept. We listen first, then we sort it out together.
Understand
We get to know your business. Model, architecture, processes, conversion, team. We listen to what you suspect, and check it against what we see. You get an honest assessment, not a list of everything we could sell.
Day 1 to Week 2
Prioritise
We sort topics by impact, effort and fit with your organisation. We recommend what we recommend because it fits, not because it generates billable days. You decide what gets done.
Week 2 to 4
Accompany
We stay involved without becoming permanent. Steering of agencies and partners, sparring for your team, validating architecture decisions. When you can move on your own, we step back.
From Week 5, as long as you need
You sense there's more in it. But not the bandwidth to sort it out alone.
Spend 30 minutes with someone who has been on both sides of this.
Areas of focus
Where we focus.
Architecture audit
We review your shop architecture for scalability, maintainability, vendor lock-in and security. You get a clear read on where investments will hold up and where you are accumulating technical debt that gets more expensive later.
UX improvement and A/B testing
Conversion funnel, navigation, search, filters, checkout, product detail pages. We identify where customers drop off and prioritise changes by impact, not by taste. Where it makes sense, we establish A/B testing as a recurring routine in your team, so optimisation doesn't restart with every new consultant.
System and process integration
Shop, ERP, PIM, CRM, logistics. We bring your existing software stack into a clean data architecture, eliminate duplicate maintenance and build reliable interfaces instead of manual workarounds.
Scaling shop systems
When load, catalogue depth or brand complexity grow, platforms built for smaller setups start to tip. We prepare your platform for multi-tenant and higher load profiles, or accompany the move to a more robust solution if that turns out to be the cleaner answer.
International scale-out
Language, tax, payment, logistics, multi-tenant capabilities. We plan the roll-out sequence, align it with your platform and make sure each new country instance doesn't become a special case that destabilises the setup long-term.
SEO consulting
Migration without ranking loss, clean URL and redirect mapping, technical SEO foundations, structured data for classic search and AI search systems. Visibility as an architecture topic, not as a marketing trick.
Why DRICH.CONSULTING
Independent. From hands-on practice. As equals.
I've worked as a software developer, architect, IT project lead and Chief Data Officer. I've designed, built, rescued and scaled e-commerce platforms. That perspective lets me tell apart what really holds up from what just sounds good. I don't sell you software, licences or implementation. Which is why my recommendation stays your recommendation.
100 percent independent
No commissions, no vendor partnerships with commercial strings attached, no implementation follow-on business. You get recommendations that follow only your situation and your business model.
Sparring as equals
I talk to the board about profitability, to the Head of E-Commerce about conversion, and to the Tech Lead about architecture. On every level out of hands-on practice. That reduces friction and prevents costly misunderstandings between the layers.
Pragmatic and long-term
We build relationships, not quick engagements. We recommend the smallest sensible step, not the biggest possible project. And we stay involved as long as you need us, without making ourselves indispensable.
Strengthen your team, don't replace it
Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement. A/B testing routines, architecture principles, decision templates. All of it moves into your organisation so you can carry on independently once the engagement ends.

Frequently asked
What decision-makers ask us.
An agency earns money on delivery. We earn money by helping you make the right decisions before delivery starts. We design, review and steer, but we don't build ourselves. Which leaves us free to recommend what's commercially sound, even when it means less work.
No, and we don't pretend otherwise. 30 minutes are enough to roughly understand your situation and to tell you honestly whether we're the right partner. If we're not, we say so. If we are, we suggest a sensible next step, which isn't automatically a paid engagement.
In most cases yes, and often more than a replatform. We start by checking whether your existing platform can carry the next 24 months with targeted improvements. A switch is not always the answer, and it's often the most expensive one.
It depends on the bottleneck. For UX and conversion questions, first A/B tests often go live in the first few weeks. Architecture and integration topics take longer, because no serious intervention closes inside two weeks. We tell you early and honestly what's realistic.
We hold no commission agreements with software vendors, no implementation business behind the scenes, no incentive to recommend a specific system. You can verify that at any time. This position is the reason our recommendations hold up.
If a consultant is only a consultant, often not. I have built, operated and been responsible for shops, from the first line of code up to the boardroom. That perspective is why internal teams rarely see us as outsiders.
